Ambarvale is known for its Dickens-themed street names and brick family homes built from the 1970s onward.
Ambarvale was developed from 1973 by Lend Lease, and its streets are still known for their unusual names. A staff competition landed on naming them after characters from Charles Dickens novels, giving the suburb streets like Copperfield Drive, Pickwick Way, and Grimwig Crescent. The suburb itself borrows its name from the old Ambarvale farm, granted to former convict Samuel Larkin in the early 1800s.
Camden Security Doors & Screens provides custom security doors and flyscreens in Ambarvale, built to suit the brick homes from the suburb's original 1970s and 80s development as well as more recently renovated properties.
Our experienced team delivers reliable, made-to-measure security solutions for Ambarvale homeowners across the suburb's Dickens-themed streets.
